I lead, manage and hold accountable the accounting team taking it off of your plate. As the company grows and changes so will the shape and size of the accounting team which I handle. Also part of my role is to provide helpful and on time monthly reports as well as keeping expenses under control.

As the the company grows so will the need to look into the future. I design and provide weekly cash flow projections, budgets, KPI’s and Dashboards. If/when the time comes I will define the need for capital and support any capital raises.

I also play important roles on the leadership team, HR team and managing legal risks. I provide my unique perspective on the leadership team as strategic plans and important decisions are made. Supporting HR with topics including compensation plans, budgeting new hires and advising on cuts when necessary.
